Directions: From I-85, take Exit 204, go south on Hwy. 96 for 1.1 mile, turn left on Fairport Rd., go 2.4 miles, right on Cannady Mill Rd., sale ¼ mile on left @ Granville County Livestock Arena. Also, from jct. of Hwy. 96 & 56 @ Wilton, take Hwy. 96 north 2 miles, turn right on Cannady Mills Rd., arena approx. 6 miles on right. Watch for cattle auction arrows leading way to sale.

Johnson County Herd – A Complete Dispersal.
(25) Head consist of (20) Black, (4) BWF, (1) Smoke – (2) have early fall calve, rest will start calving in January, middle age cows, bred to Black bulls, medium frame, medium condition, kept in electric fence, strictly grass cattle. If you have a lot of hay, little mineral & protein blocks these cattle will blossom by spring.
Smith Creek Angus – Norlina, NC
(5) 2-year-old purebred Angus bulls, (5) yearling purebred open heifers- all cattle on annual vaccination, kept behind electric fence.
Wolf Farms – Ridgeway, NC
(7) Angus cows bred to Red Angus bull, due to calve spring, average body condition 5, good for a few more calves.
Matthew Place – Louisburg, NC
(4) Angus cows, (1) Smoke cow bred to Angus bull, due to calve late winter or early spring, great udders.
Scott Yelverton – Fremont, NC
Reg. 2-yr. old Angus bull, sired by Tehama Tahoe, CED +7, BW EPD .8, YW +116, passed semen exam, vaccinated & fully ready to go, yearling Angus bull DOB: 4/24 – sired by Tehama Tahoe, if you would like calving ease all the way these bulls are bred for this
Other Cattle & Donkeys : Speckled 1st calf heifer w/a new Black heifer calf @ side, BWF bred heifer due April, (2) ½ Brahama yearling heifers, 3-yr. old Smokey WF bull, (3) Hereford calves – steer, bull & today we will call him a one lunger – approx. 1 year old., (2) Brown jennies – middle to young, (1) young jack – 5 months of age.
Late Additions: (8) Angus bred heifers due to calve February = March, bred to Yon Edgewood calving ease bull, dociel, kept behind elecrtric fence, on regular vaccination & deworming program.
(3) Black open yearling heifers, 2 1/2 yr. old Angus bred heifer, (4) yearling bulls
All Cattle Will be Screened for Reproductive Soundness by DVM. All cattle 18 months of age & older will be EID. All cattle will be on regular vaccination program & parasite control or brought up to date week of sale
Bring stock trailers sale day. Would like to load cattle out sale day. Trucking available if needed.
