Internet Fees: 3% with $750.00 max per item. Minimum fee of $25.00 per item.
Methods of Payment Accepted: Checks with prior approval, cash or wire transfer. Wire transfer must be received by the auction company within 48 hours of the auction & will be an extra fee of $25.00. Credit Cards are NOT accepted and only used as a verification tool. Please contact the auction company for wire transfer instructions.
Payment in full day of Sale. Any announcements at the time of auction or bidding will take precedence over material previously provided.
Auctioneer shall be the sole judge in determining the winning bidder in the event of a tie bid.
Transportation of livestock is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

All property sells as is where is with all faults, with absolutely no warranties implied or expressed in any way. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against E.B. Harris Inc/ Auctioneers or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. E.B. Harris Inc./Auctioneers will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before the auction begins. E.B. Harris Inc./Auctioneers reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
The auction company reserves the right to offer property in separate sales, combinations thereof or as a whole.
